Refund policy

At BOPBO DESIGN, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward refund policy to ensure your satisfaction.

Returns:

  • Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return any item for a refund.
  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that are damaged, worn, or altered in any way are not eligible for a return.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including gift cards and items marked as final sale.

Return Process:

  1. Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team @ boppo.bml@gmail.com  with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
  2. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  3. Return Confirmation: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds:

  • Approval and Processing: If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). This may occur if the item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at boppo.bml@gmail.com

Exchanges:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a damaged or defective item for the same item, please contact our customer support team with your order number and a photo of the damaged or defective item.
  • Exchange Process: To exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item following the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Gifts:

  • Gift Returns: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
  • Gift Givers: If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.
